"When I first check in , I asked for early check in which was a 20 dollar extra fee that I didn't mind. Get to my room and half of the lights worked .called down he had to fix a breaker ...then food left in refrigerator, TV upstairs didn't work nor did the microwave.towels had stains but I bring my own just cause of that ."

"Outside and lobby of hotel is decent. The room was musty even though AC was on. No bed comforter just thin brown cover over stained sheets. Walls were cinder block with cracked textured ceiling. Full fridge and microwave available. No hot water in sink area. Didn't feel like it was a safe area to walk around."

"Opal Hotel and Suites as advertised is not the same. The staff at the reception were friendly and polite. Once inside the double bed room, the beds were clean. However, the bathroom, although it appeared clean, was not at all clean. Water was leaking from the toilet area and spread all across the floor. The door would not close and the wood was corroded and shed wood dust all over the wet floor. The vanity area was unkept also. The closet had no hangers and there was no hair dryer. There were...

"Do NOT stay at this property unless you just need it to be close to something you are attending and have no other good choices. If we would have known it was this bad, we would have driven further and just paid an Uber more to go to the event from our hotel. We got there 50 minutes earlier than the 3 PM check-in time and staff would absolutely not allow us to check in without a $25 early check in fee. Staff must have the flexibility to be able to make a common sense decision when the property...

"do not let the photos fool you. this is a motel 6. people were being loud all night. i could smell weed and there were people walking outside my door. there was also a dog barking and the parking is not well lit. i am not someone who gets scared very easily but i was freaked out. i ended up pushing the dresser in front of the door and locking all of the locks and still barely slept because of all of the noise. ALSO to top it off the AC was set to 80° when i arrived."
