"This Margaritaville has different amenities than others, so our expectations might have been high. We were bummed to learn they do not have pool side or beach service. The pool was small, but they do have a small hot tub, however, it is older and not the best.
The room we stayed in was a 2 bedroom suite, which, we absolutely loved for our family of 5. They do have a restaurant onsite, but they do not serve any food from 11am-12pm which we didn’t know and were disappointed to find out after...

"We loved the location and quiteness. The broken elevator was a true inconvenience with elderly family members huffing up 4 flights of stairs and the person to help was no where. Entering was easy, as someone just opened the gate, but the next day the gate guy said we should have stopped and got a pass, he never came out of the booth the first night. Check in is off location, but check out is simple. Our room was okay, the other family members had a terrible mattress. "
