The bathroom drain was clogged and the AC was malfunctioning. The bed frame was in front of the TV very difficult to watch TV, the sofa was dirty same as the blue decorative sheet you guys have on top of the bed it had a blood stain. "Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with "

"Very beautiful, clean, and recently updated small boutique hotel. The one bedroom suite was spacious and equipped with everything you needed. The property is right on the beach with private umbrellas and loungers. The staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I loved everything about my stay."

"The room was okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I had to go buy raid to defend myself from the roaches. I had to spray every day to keep them away. The bed was comfortable and room was neat, but them roaches kept appearing every day and night."

"Very little unsecure parking spaces. A lot of construction. The room had acceptable air conditioning. There were no cleaning services offered in the 9 days I was there. During my 9 day stay and three rooms later, they finally found a room that the phone worked. Family trying to contact me could never get anybody to answer the main phone to transfer to me. I had to go to the main desk and find somebody to use their phone. Not a very pleasant experience for the almost $1,000 I spent at this hotel"

"Loud noises from people who appear to live there. Dated and smells like cigarette smoke from the 1970's. Helpful staff. Nice pool "

"Staff was indifferent, was on a personal phone call for 5 minutes before he acknolged I was standing at the counter in front of him. He put the phone down for a second asked me my name and proceeded to pick up his personal phone call while processing my check in. There was vomit in the ONLY elevator. Breakfast area was too small for the amount of people. Parking was easy."
