"Staff very welcoming and able to answer all of my questions. Room and facilities were clean but I think the carpet needs upgrading or replaced with laminate flooring. Linens were clean. I would suggest trash bags in the cans maybe. Would definitely stay here again"

"The hotel overall was good. I will say it is sad how you get nickle and dimed for EVERYTHING! Parking a car costs $36 a day yet they offer NO SHUTTLE to and from the airport. My friend wanted to purchase a snack and when she got to the register she said forget it. I get it, the hotel is a business, however this hotel, and 'm sure many others, have reduced hospitality to mean rip off and take advantage of people on vacation. How about we get back to the basics and STOP the greed!"

"My card was overcharged by $206.16 and I’m still waiting on a refund.
They increased the resort fee from the time I booked until when I checked in and did not honor the booked price. Again overcharged me. Went from $346.26 to $412.32.
Charged $33.02 per car for overnight parking for a property that is not gated nor any real security.
No full size fridge. Small hand sink and small microwave for a kitchen area. Family common area is as big as the bathroom. No door on the 2nd room. Queen sofa...
