"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Sofia was exceptionally helpful and kind. The location is convenient—close to the airport and near restaurants. The room was very comfortable and equipped with everything you might need. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return."

"The room was really nice and the bed was comfortable. The shower overflowed, airport shuttle was 30 minutes late at 3:45 AM. No traffic at this time just extremely irresponsible drivers. Be aware if you need to catch the flight."

"I was not satisfied with this hotel stay. One of the main reasons I booked it was because it advertised a free airport shuttle, but when I arrived I found that this information was not accurate and no free shuttle service was available. The bed sheets were also not clean when I checked in. After I reported the issue at night, the staff came and changed them, which I appreciated. The breakfast was acceptable, but the hotel location was not good and the surrounding area did not feel convenient...

"We needed a shuttle from the airport in Istanbul and back very early in the morning next day. The Hotel staff arranged everything, we're so friendly and made our stay awesome Would highly recommend"

"I am not sure but it seems that the hotel may be under new management.My mom had stayed at this property at list 6 times in the last 3 years but most recent visit was very different than the previous stays : room wasn’t very clean ,the reception wasn’t providing clear communication on the transfer’s cost and form of payment for it . The only thing that still seems to be good about the place is the food . To my best knowledge the kitchen staff hasn’t changed . Alas -won’t stay there again."

"I don't recommande this place. I stayed for 5 days and left after that. There was no housekeeping service to clean the room, and the sheets weren't changed. Breakfast was more like a few scraps of poor-quality food than an actual meal. The employees smoke inside the building, and the walls aren’t soundproof, so I was woken up several times by other guests playing music. In short, I don’t recommend this place."

"The good- close to grocery stores, food areas, clean, basic, most of the staff were nice The bad- no pool (indoor or out), room stayed freezing cold even with 2 paper thin blankets, twin beds extremely slim, tv did not get English Channel even when setting was changed, had to ask repeatedly for toilet paper (only one roll was provided), cafeteria is basically a room to sit and the staff will order Uber Eats from a local menu- food is not made onsite, minibar in room is not complementary"
