"So, the reviews surprised me. Mainly because the staff was NOT friendly. Good thing we only stayed 2 nights. Also, the bathrooms toilet bowl water smelt like feces terribly! I don’t know if it’s the sewer water that’s connected or it’s just getting a deep clean. We literally had to put the freshener on the toilet lid."

"Unfortunately, the room wasn’t very clean. The electric kettle was dirty, and the pillow sheets didn’t feel fresh. Breakfast wasn’t very pleasant, but it was acceptable. However, the staff were helpful and polite, and the room temperature was comfortable. Overall, there is room for improvement in cleanliness and food quality."

"Booked it for my mom. This is the second time she stayed in this hotel. She said the staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and nice with everything needed, the hotel itself is in quiet and safe area close to the IST. We have already recommended it to two of our friends who also frequently need an overnight stay near the airport and they both enjoyed their stay. "

"Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Getting to and from the airport was quick and easy. Plenty of convenient restaurants within walking distance."

"Decent Hilton related facility. One big inconvenience is the distance to IST and not providing a shuttle service. There is taxi service but it is expensive and if you use a credit card, there is a 10% surcharge. A new Hilton is being built near the airport, thus this inconvenience should be mitigated by staying at the Hilton."

"Breakfast was a nice continental type breakfast Turkish style served with coffee or tea. The desk will ask what time you want breakfast so that it will be ready at the time requested. Room was clean and functional with a small minibar fridge. My room was overlooking the main street which was very busy in the morning. There are other rooms across the hall overlooking a quieter side street but they tend to have two or more beds as opposed to my queen. Fairly near the center of town and a bus...

During our stay, a master key was left unattended right outside our room, which is a serious safety concern. I brought the key to the front desk to make them aware of the issue, but the staff was dismissive and avoided taking responsibility, instead blaming the cleaning team.
