"The hotel was pretty decent, like what you'd expect from this price range, I'd say. What really stood out was the staff who was really super accommodating and friendly and professional and welcoming. For me, the staff was top-notch and well worth 5 stars. Good parking outside and easy to find. Breakfast was fresh and nice. Calm area. Recomended!"

"Good enough for 12 year old twin boys, myself and my 67 year old mother. Very convenient to the train into Stockholm and a big grocery store. There was sand on the floor and a cigarette butt in one of the bedrooms that we had to clean up when we arrived. The washing machine was not working. We called the number listed but no one ever came to fix it. The dishwasher was also not properly hooked up. We fixed that. They also had mostly the wrong pans to use for the induction stovetop. "We needed a stay close to Stockholmsmässan, and this was exactly as we required as it was just a short walk away (less than 10mins). There was a small supermarket on the corner, basic cooking facilities in the room, and a few places to eat in walking distance (or on Uber Eats). "Beautiful, clean hotel with a fun vibe in a great location central to everything. The staff were excellent and very helpful at all times. We loved the 24/7 coffee bar located on the 4th floor which was so convenient and we were surprised at the excellent quality of the coffee! "Week long stay over Xmas to be with children and granddaughter who live locally. The GM Hagersten is well placed for us and convenient for the Tunnelbana for when we need to travel into the city. A comfortable stay and good nights sleep for when the barnbarn has tired us out! Staff, no matter what duty, are always friendly and so attentive.
