"Très bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse pour nous, nos ados et notre chien. Accueil très sympathique, petit déjeuner copieux servi par une dame très aimable et attentionnée. Seul petit bémol, la salle de bain de la chambre familiale n’a pas de cloison rendant son utilisation avec les ados compliquée!! "

"Fantastiskt mottagande. Vi kom sent utan att ha ätit middag. En fantastisk sallad med gott vin fixades fram. Trevligt samtal med ägarna. God frukost med närproducerade varor. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende.
Men det var svårt att hitta rätt ingången i mörkret. "

"The hotel is very convenient for accessing the fortress, shops & restaurants. It is right across the street from the wall & very close to the gate without the long uphill walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean. The shower was a little small but fine & there was also a free standing tub. We would definitely stay there again."

"Hotel idéalement situé à l’entrée de la citadelle. L’hotel ainsi que les extérieurs avec la piscine sont tres jolies, un contraste avec les chambres qui n’ont aucun charme et un peu vieillotte.
Les chambres sont également mal insonorisées, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir.

"Dinner staff were rude. Rooms were tired and worn. Rugs needed cleaning. Paid over $400 for this place and wasn’t worth it. Balcony overlooking the castle was nice. Location was very convenient. "

"The staff are excellent and always ready to help with any enquiry. The rooms were clean but maybe the pots and pans need updating but we managed with what we had.
Parking is excellent also.
Have stayed at the Cerise a number of times which proves I am very happy with the hotel"
