"No cleaning services for the 3 nights we were there. No trash removed from the rooms, no clean towels, beds were not made, trash bins in the parkade were overflowing, the bathtub did not have a plug and the paint was chipping and no tissues in the room."

"I was kindly greeted when checking in. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was well stocked and refilled promptly by great staff. Only one washer and dryer in guest laundry so had to wait to do laundry."
