"Dirty, moldy, rusty, noisy. That's what I got for trying to save a few dollars. They did clean the toilet and bed sheets. But the bathroom floor was so sticky and the carpet so stained I was afraid to take off my shoes. The bathroom has mold on the ceiling and baseboard as well as near the shower. The microwave was rusty inside and dirty. Drawers had crumbs in them and the shelves above the hangers hasn't been wiped down in who knows how long. I did not find bed bugs though."

"I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered."

"Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

"Great location. Front desk staff was exceptional. Room was average with a nice view but lacked in amenities and cleanliness. I booked for my mom who has mobility issues and although the disabled friendly walk-in shower was great, the distance to get to the only elevators was quite the trek from the entrance / front desk. Overall stay was average -good."

"Good-Room was clean and comfortable,staff were super helpfull when I needed to print out a form. Gadd- pool was dirty (they had someone cleaning it the day we checked out) washing machines were stinky and needed to be cleaned out. Didn't like that there was a parking fee of $8 per night even if you were parking off site."
