"Great hotel. Excellent food options! We were very impressed with the food at the brasserie. Our room was perfect and we loved the layout. Our only complaint iwas that they shut the bar down for a private party at 10pm. We found that very odd and disappointing that we couldn’t have a night cap at our hotel. But it was obviously not the end of the world. We felt they should have rented out a private spaces to the group and not block hotel guests from using the hotel bar."

"Very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. Our own controllable A/C unit was in the room! Great views of the town. The funicular makes getting down to town quick and easy. Large Parking area. Me and my wife both agree that Château Gütsch is a must stay when visiting Luzern, and a room with a city view is well worth the extra cost."
