"Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed and clearly very well cared for- our room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The staff made our stay especially memorable. Luca took the time to arrange a late check-in with us and, once we arrived, sat down with us and gave us some fantastic recommendations for Berlin. Ella also made us a coffee that was so good I was still thinking about it days later.
The shower was fabulous, and the water...

"The hotel is perfectly. located. Five minute walk to the S-Bahn and buses, or walk into the city centre within twenty minutes. Quiet part of town (only noise was the refuse collection). Three excellent restaurants nearby. The accommodation has a comfy bed, plenty of storage and a well functioning bathroom. Breakfast was delightful...loads of choices, primarily cold meats, breads, croissants, cereals, yoghurts, fruits, salad, plenty of juices. No hot food except eggs, but i personally didn't feel...

Mercure Hotel & Residenz Checkpoint CharlieMitte, 3 km từ Sân bay Tempelhof
9.2 trên 10, Tuyệt vời, (1.001 nhận xét)
"The hotel is in a quiet (most of the time) area and its pretty well situated if you are looking to walk Berlin, half hour walk to many popular tourist sites. There are a good selection of cafe's and restaurant's in the vicinity, several supermarket's and close to the U-Bahn.
We found the staff to be very helpful.
The hotel is just very tired and is just in need of a refurb which I was told is coming next year.
Biggest issue was the AC not working and the rooms being unusually hot, we gave up...
