"It exceeded our expectations. I had a little trepidation due to reviews about service levels but I have to say we did not experience anything negative just the opposite. Staff were attentive, pleasant and prompt. The property and room was gorgeous. Restaurants were amazing and service by the pool was great. On arrival we had a wonderful surprise waiting for us in the room from the hotel of champagne and Balloons for my husbands milestone birthday. The location is great and just a short walk...

"The owner was very kind, the room was clean with comfortable beds and had more amenities than advertised (hairdryer, iron & ironing board). There is also express checkout and free parking. The aircon hasn’t been used in a while as some black specks blew out of it but it functioned well."

"Our stay was a bit disappointing. We stayed 2 nights for my birthday weekend, there was no housekeeping which i found odd. The room was ok but nothing special. For the price we paid at almost 500 per night, I expected a lot more. I would suggest at this price point daily housekeeping should be standard as well as parking be included and even breakfast. Our shower wasn’t clean and when you sit on the toilet and look straight at the eye level at the sink all you see is a line of mould between the...

"Our kids had an absolute ball, staff were lovely, and had everything we needed. Unfortunately for us we went for the 2 days this year that we got torrential rain and suddenly chilly winds, bad luck for us. We were unable to do mini golf, go carts, or jumping pillow as they were closed off. Kids loved the splash pad so really happy that was still able to be used. Great value for money though, hope to go back when it’s sunny!!!"
