"Would’ve given 5 stars but the check-in was delayed. I understand they were understaffed with a full hotel, but the lady checking us in said they’d call our names when our rooms were ready while we waited in the lobby. Soon, others were checking in and got their rooms. At 3:40 (40 minutes after our check-in time) I went to the front desk and asked if our room was ready. Come to find out our room was already ready but no one let us know. Everything else was good. Our room was clean except for a...

"My room was modern, clean and well equipped. However, the TV remote was next to useless and the bathtub drain plug would not stay up to enable the tub to drain by itself. As a result, I was standing in about 5" of water by the time I finished my shower and I had to manually hold the plug up to drain the water. Also, the AC unit kept cooling to the point of being uncomfortable in spite of setting the thermostat to 77 degrees. I had to turn the AC off to avoid frostbite."

"On our return visit here the Assistant General Manager, helped me bring our luggage to the room. He was very gracious and welcoming. He remembered our previous problems with the ADA roll in shower and automatically brought extra towels. He refused any tip and said “Thank you for your service.”🙂 On October 5th the desk clerk took my information and printed our boarding passes from her printer when the business center printer was being difficult. And the desk attendant on October 6th at the butt...

"This hotel has been sold back to a franchisee from the main company, and has recently been "spruced up." The newly painted walls looked nice, I like the breakfast and the cocktail "hour" but there are some things that we were not impressed with. We have been coming to this venue for many times over the years. One primary reason is the Margarita at Pine Creek which is a favorite restaurant and just a very short walk out the back door. We generally come down from Denver during the day, have...

"I loved that the pool was indoors and the hot tub was right outside - I’m assuming the pool can then be used year round when the big “garage door” is closed, and maybe the hot tub too. Everyone was friendly and helpful. And loved the kitchen and separate bedroom! Great stay!"
