"Unusually late check-in time (after 17:00) and early check-out (before 10 am.). One way communication, no reply on my e-mail. Studio is on the ground level with entrance directly from the street. This is not mentioned in the room spec presented on the hotels.com webpage. Pictures for this room are not showing this either. If I had known this I would've taken another hotel. "Had some issues with the door code when checking in but we were helped within 10min. The bed was comfortable, but no tv or radio in the space. Not very sound proof from outside but it’s a calm area so not too noisy. The bathroom is next to the bed and not soundproof at all
