"It was awesome, we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was very nice too and staff is very friendly. We did felt a little bit lost at arrival opening doors and finding the room ourselves but overall is was a very pleasant stay. We will be back "

"We picked this hotel because it has some rooms with a view of the Matterhorn. The staff were very friendly, the hotel is super clean and the beds are comfortable. It is quite a hike to the hotel from the train station so you may want to take a taxi to the hotel with your luggage. Breakfast was good and breakfast room had big picture windows with a view of the Madderhorn. "

"The hotel is only five minutes walk from the train station. There are some staircases before the entrance of the hotel, the receptionist lady helped me with my luggage. Overall it is good. "

"The front desk staff at this hotel were amazing! They really took care of us. And even though we didn't have a reservation at the restaurant (and they were full), they gave us a glass of wine while we waited and got us in quickly. And it was fantastic! Great hotel in Zermatt!"

La signora della reception gentilissima e molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Colazione abbondante e buona. Ottima posizione centrale. Molto soddisfatta "

"Room is nice & clean. Bed is comfortable and the balcony is amazing. Close to the train station so it is very convenient. Also close to shopping & restaurants. Staffs are friendly and they even prepared a packed breakfast when we told them that we are checking out early. Overall great experience with Hotel Butterly and will definitely come back. "
