Wonderful staff! Great location, warm and cosy room. Very comfortable bed and very clean, with a large balcony. The only issue was nothing about the hotel but the people above us were very noisy and stomped around all hours of the night which woke us up! Or kept us awake. Very creaky floor. However it didn’t effect our stay in beautiful Zermatt!

Lovely hotel in the heart of Zermatt. Breakfast and service were excellent and our room had an incredible view of the Matterhorn (when it wasn’t covered by clouds). Very easy walk from the train station and close to restaurants and the station to go to Blauherd/Sunnegga. Would absolutely stay here again.

There’s a good spread of breakfast which was filling and helped jumpstart the day. The room we were in had a stunning view of the Matterhorn. It was a great stay the four nights were there. Would definitely stay there again if and when we come back to the area.
What a magical experience it was to see the Matterhorn from our window.

There is no front desk, but the instructions for checking in and checking out were clear and flexible. The hotel is situated in a good location, within walking distance from the train station and the major lifts/trains to go up the mountains.
