Very good location, just on the side of the river, one minute walk to the bus station. 10 minutes to train station. From window there is very beautiful view for both morning and night. Easy to go any place of the city. Very good breakfast. The staff are very nice. Love the hotel.

The hotel was a short walk from the train station. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was nice with pastries, yogurt, meats and cheeses and freah squeezed orangejuice.. The view from our balcony was stunning with a full view of the Matterhorn.

Great hotel in the middle of Zermatt. Great Matterhorn views, nice breakfast, Rooms are small and the internet could be slow at times. The hotel is older but kept up well. They have a nice restaurant which we ate at twice. You are given a code to enter the property, as there is not reception area.

A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location with a stunning view. The room was very spacious and spotless, the hot shower was amazing, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The on-site restaurant was extremely convenient, with a cozy atmosphere and excellent food. On top of everything, the staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel in the heart of Zermatt. Breakfast and service were excellent and our room had an incredible view of the Matterhorn (when it wasn’t covered by clouds). Very easy walk from the train station and close to restaurants and the station to go to Blauherd/Sunnegga. Would absolutely stay here again.
