Nice staff. The rooms are a bit rundown. The bathroom was smelly, and the shower head was very old. Overall it was okay for one night stay off season. Oh, the breakfast was quite nice.

Better off somewhere else

A little off the main road to Izmir, Foça is an amazing suburb untapped by the tourists. Hanedan was an under resourced and poorly managed property who need to improve alot if they want more tourism.

Awful experience, overpriced compared to quality.

I paid quite an important amount for this hotel. Almost 300 USD per day. The rooms were very small and old fashioned. the furniture are like from 80's. All staff are either high school or college kids with a 150 USD monthly salary and no days off. Yet, they were very good at serving, but not experienced. I did not see a single senior staff in the hotel. I could easily find a better hotel with the same price.

Consigliabile per la spiaggia

Buona la colazione e la cena. Spiaggia con lettini e ombrelloni . Camera semplice ma carina. Il Wi-Fi però nelle camere non funziona. E’ un tre stelle che costa tanto perché ha la spiaggia.

Otelde 1 gece oda-kahvaltı konakladık. Açık büfe kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve gayet başarılıydı. Plaja yakınlığı, sessiz sakin temiz odaları ve güler yüzlü çalışanları var. Yine gelip kalmayı düşüneceğimiz bir otel.

Konaklamamiz genel hatlari ile guzeldi, otel temiz ve ferah, calisanlar guler yuzlu ve nazikler, kendine ait kumsali olmasi da cok guzel. Fakat otel bahcesinde sabah kahvaltida karsilastigimiz kedilerin hepsi cpok kotu ve bakimsiz durumdaydi bu bizi biraz uzdu. Kediler icin en azindan temiz su koyabileceklerini dusunuyorum boylece hayvancagizlar havuzdan su icmek durumunda kalmaz. Bir de otelin teknik islerine bakan kisi oldugunu dusundugum biri, sahilde telefonla goruserek cevrede yasayan bir kopegin toplatilmasini istedii gerekcesi de kopegin kabloları kemirmesiydi... bu da bize uzucu ve ilginc geldi, daha dost canlısı, doga canlısı olabilirler bence ortamlari bunun icin cok musait.

En baştan anlatayım Otele ilk girişte saat 13 30 olmasına rağmen odanın hazır olmadığı söylendi Odaya girdik, tuvalet ve klozet sap sarı olmuştu Duştaki su zaman zaman kesildi İnternet balkona çıktığınız an kesiliyor Kahvaltıda börek sosis salam falan varsa yemeyin, acayip mide yanması yapıyor Sahildeki şezlonglarda sorun yaşamazsınız diyemem çünkü dışardan gelenler de olduğu için yaşamanız kuvvetle muhtemel Alakart restaurant a gitmeyin, bir balık bir köfte 2 biraya 1700 tl ödedik çünkü sadece kuver 300 tl idi. Sahildeki karekod sisteminden sipariş vermeyin, bir kahve yarım saatte geliyo, gidin bardan kendiniz alın. Sahilde market var ama bi paket sigarayı 100 tl ye satıyolar

Dinlenmek için gittik, iyi geldi.

Sessiz sakin bir yer, kuş sesleri ile uyanmak güzel. Kahvaltı tatmin edici ve kahvaltılık sunumları iyi. Kendine ait plajı ve plajda restoranı var. Havuzu temiz ve keyifli. Deniz tertemiz. Foça merkeze araç ile 6-7 dk. Etraftaki kediler kahvaltı sırasında rahatsız edici olabiliyor.

Plajdan çok yakın, güzel bir oteldi!

Çalışanlar çok samimi ve yardımsever insanlardı. Fırsatımız varsa, tekrar gelmek isteriz. Plaj da çok güzel, sabah dalgalar az, bu yüzden yüzmek için harika bir ortamdı. Plajda kullanmak için ücretsiz havlular var. Ayrıca duştan sıcak su hemen çıkıyor. Bunlar da hoşumuza gitti. Servis aracı da var. Eski Foça otobüs durağın yakın yerde binebiliyor. (Otobüs:744) 22 Mayıs 2022'de kişi başı 7 TL idi. Bence çok uygun. Harikaydı.
