"The room was very nice and clean with a wonderful view. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in close walking distance to good restaurants. The pool area was beautiful, though the chlorine was burning my eyes just being in the room, and my kids both got a rash. There was heavy dust buildup on the right side of the room on the ductwork and fake palm trees, and the ring around the water line of the pool was questionable - I assumed it would be cleaned every night as the pool area was closed between 10pm and 6am. *Parking costs $25 a day and the elevator from the underground parking garage is older."

"The heated swimming pool, sauna, game room (ping pong, air hockey, etc) and proximity to a skating rink and the historic center of Quebec City were highlights for our family visiting this winter! Our kids are 15, 13, and 11...this was a great get away for us."

"The facility was so clean and the rooms as well. Staff was kind and very helpful. Easy to get confy and ready with wlfamily of 4 with 2 small children. Has all the appliances and dinnerware. We will for sure be coming back it was amazing"
