"Situated in picturesque countryside of Foligno, Italy. Managed by a fantastic couple, Rinaldo & Irene. My wife & I really enjoyed the 2 nights we spent at Casa Zia Cianetta. Language was no issue, Rinaldo was a an expert with WhatsApp & translation. Highly recommend this property."

"The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow and dangerous it is filled with holes including a terrible one on there entry. The rooms have no ventilation and no windows other than the door. Marco at the front desk was very helpful. The cleaning staff needs training three days they did not remove a bag of trash. The restaurant is amazing the food was outstanding and excellent service. The pools and outdoor area is beautiful. "
