It is a boutique hotel in a converted old Italian palazzo. The facilities are excellent but in the room there was not even a kettle to make coffee, there was a mini refrigerator with two cans of soda. However, the unforgivable thing is that the Wi-Fi connection did not work inside the room and they use an open network that is not secure. Maybe they are used to receiving local clients who do not need to use wifi

4 stelle ma molto trascurato. Parcheggio incluso nel prezzo della stanza, per i primi 4 fortunati, dopodiché a pagamento in strada. La colazione non abbondante non è da albergo di questa categoria e prevede varie cose con pagamento aggiuntivo (8€ per le uova strapazzate). La zona spa è accessibile solo con pagamento aggiuntivo e per percorsi di 1h e mezza. Stanza trovata in stato discutibile: carta nel cestino, distributore di fazzoletti in bagno agli ultimi strappi, televisore in bagno non funzionante, lenzuola scadenti non in buono stato, bordo del letto rovinato. Durante il soggiorno di due giorni il secondo giorno non sono state effettuate le pulizie.

Solo giudizi positivi si possono dare….non c’è stato nulla di negativo, lo consiglio vivamente, personale attento, gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta, hotel molto tranquillo, inoltre la sua posizione è un plus….vicinissimo alla stazione e al centro, non serve la macchina per visitare Foligno

FABOLOUS HOTEL, FABOLOUS SERVICE, THE STAFF IS SO NICE AND HELPFUL. THE ONLY THING IS THAT THEY SHOULD CONSIDER TO HAVE DIFFERENT ROOMS WITH DIFFERENT MADRASSES IN THE BEDS - SOME VERY HARD, SOME SOFTER ETC., BECAUSE IT IS NOT ALL CUSTOMERS PREFARING A MADRAS AS HARD AS MARMOR.

Great hotel for businees or pleasure

The hotel is extremely nice. I have stayed there few times during my business trip. If you stay on the second level you have a beautiful joined balcony. It is very close to the train station which is huge benefit and very close to the old town. For sure I will go back there.

Great Hotel

Great hotel if you intend to use it as a base to explore other Umbrian towns. The train station is only a stone’s throw away. Staff was very helpful. Only minus is a lack of sufficient lighting in the room making it a little dark
