The terrace and pool spaces are lovely and peaceful, the wi-fi was great, and even the room temperature stayed cool despite the hot weather outside. The manager Yannis was attentive and provided us with detailed information about nearby restaurants, markets, and places to go. and went above beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. HOWEVER, air conditioning barely works when weather in Athens is very warm and the hot water is spotty. This is an apartment in an old building with difficult parking around and self check-in/out. The pricing is absolutely unreasonable for the place and the lack of AC/hot water. Not only this, but the place denies such issues. Unacceptable.
