"They have no in person check-in so you expect a code to get in the room on the day of arrival. However, in my case, and that was two weeks in a row they did not send the code because I booked the room through Expedia and apparently Expedia did not facilitate the transfer of funds so I had to make a few phone calls before I would get the code. "Room was clean, breakfast was good and had a good selection; hot tub was great temp. Pool could have been a bit warmer but was nice and very clean. Grilling area is a great option. Location is a great central location for what we were looking to do"

"The exhaust vent in the hallway on the fourth floor is extremely noisy! Handheld shower handle was a low quality product. The omlets for breakfast were not very good. Enjoyed the automated brewed coffee in the breakfast area, it was very good. However, the coffee served in the lobby was terrible. The desk clerk said I am not eligible for IHG points since I made my reservation through Expedia."

"The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. "We found the hotel was clean and well maintained but a little dated. Breakfast was not that great so we stopped and got breakfast on the road. It is a great value. A great place to stay and close to the beach and also close to bike rentals."

"I booked a king room with a balcony. When we got there, we checked in, parked pretty far away, carried our luggage to out room only to find 2 queen beds. Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least.
