"The front desk staff were not friendly upon checkin. They were talking to each other and totally ignored us as we stood there, waiting to check in. Upon check-out, at 10:30am, there was no one at the front desk. We ate breakfast at the hotel, but unfortunately, my wife's rye toast was moldy. Yes, moldy. It was readily apparent to us, so why the people in the kitchen didn't notice is strange. Of course they comped her meal, but it was definitely off-putting. While we might stay at this hotel...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The parking was difficult and the pool was closed but otherwise perfect. I did try to book a room for next Memorial Day weekend because I always book a year in advance but they were completely booked."

Also, my credit card was first billed for above the reserved amount and the adder for incidentials. Also later a second charge was made that even the staff did not understand. The staff was helpful in rosolving both these issues and I paid"
