"My experience at this hotel was disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again. The hotel provides only two towels for two guests, and these must also be used at the pool, as no additional towels are available there. When I requested clean towels, I was initially told they would be replaced the following day; however, I was later informed that towel changes are only offered for stays of seven days or longer."

"The best part of the stay was the view, which is possibly the best from any location to the east of the reservoir. Otherwise, do not expect much in the way of frills. The cabin was clean. The bed was not really comfortable and felt more like a sofa bed. The fireplace (with poorly-designed chimney) does not adequately exhaust smoke from the cabin. My guess is that it would only work for a one- or (maybe) a two-log fire...anything more overwhelms its capacity for exhausting smoke. The stay...

"This is a super nice hotel and we stayed in one of the appartments, it is a nice place to stay with family but not for elderly people. Walking distance for the eldery with limited capacity is too much. We loved the Plaza Cafe restaurant. But overall is was a nice experience there. "
