In the old part of Palma and all the activities and shopping around there, great restaurants too. The only downside was when they kicked all the fans watching soccer out at halftime because security wanted to close the bar area, which was really a restaurant, not a bar."

The room was well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were outstanding friendly, professional, and always happy to help with a smile. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they genuinely made me feel welcome. The hotel's location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the local area while still providing a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I've had in a long time. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and great value for money. "Disappointed only 1 pool open, was very busy Having to go from one building to another for meals when there is another restaurant which isn't being used isn't great either especially with how busy that was! Then not having half the drink machines on which caused big Ques especially for hot drinks on a morning!! I really like the hotel and this isn't my only stay here so I was disappointed!"
