"We are frequent travelers and this is one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. The description borders on false advertising. The room looked nothing like the picture. It was sparse, smelled heavily of cleaner and had chipped walls. The amenities were a bar of soap so small as not to be useful and the smallest shampoo bottles we have ever seen. The yard was not maintained. There is no hotel airport shuttle. The hotel is .9 m from the airport but because of roads is a 15 minute 20-30 euro...

"Absolutely loved the place. Everyone was over the top helpful & kind, ensuring that we had a great experience. The only thing that threw us was a $100. Fee per person that was explained to us as facility fees for the pool & beach. We were fine with the fee but later we were told that the pool was for children only. We were not happy about that as there were days when we would have preferred hanging at the pool rather than the beach. We dealt with the situation but it was a pretty expensive fee...

"The host was extremely helpful and very communicative. She is a 5 star host and had some nice snacks and beverages available for us when we arrived. However, the room itself had mold on the shower door and some type of allergen in the bed sheets as my wife got sick after the one night stay. I would stay there again but the place could use better cleaning."

"Great central location. Beautiful old apartment with large living area and a great large super king bed. Ideal place to explore Catania. We used the car parking garage recommended by the staff which was a literal 2 min walk away. Bed nice and comfy and most importantly, ice cold air con in the living area and the bedroom. Lovely touch with the breakfast being delivered with gorgeous pastries."

"Staff writer as great and responsive. Snacks and coffee were available and good.
Air conditioner was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. It also was not consistently cooling.
Room was on the third floor and the elevator was not working making it uncomfortable to go up with the luggage.
The building itself isn’t very clean but it’s in a strategic location
