"We were a little disappointed with the quality of the room, especially for $200. I checked in with a kiosk that couldn't find our reservation. Although the room was fairly clean, it just seemed run down, dark, and dingy. I've stayed in Baymonts before, and this just didn't measure up."

"Very dated property. The appearance on the outside is inviting but once inside you realize the age of the property and lack of room and common area maintenance. This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all. "Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated."

"Stayed two nights and room was never checked on. No new towels or trash so I had to ask the receptionist myself for new towels and trash bags. Everything else besides that was decent."
