"I stayed here on Friday, May 22-23, 2026, and I woke up Saturday morning with large red bumps on my neck and arms. I reported it to the front desk attendant and she let me change rooms. The following morning, I woke up around 5:30 AM, with more large red bumps. I immediately went down to the front office, showed the attendant my arms annd neck and informed him that they have a bedbug and black ants problem due to me killing two black ants the first night before I went to bed, and I immediately asked for a refund. He informed me that he didn’t even like working there. I said wow, and asked for the managers card so that I can give her a call when I get home. He said that she did not have a card but he was notating everything and she will call me. I called and spoke with the manager (Ms. Claudia) the following evening who said that she will refund me and she was very apologetic. However, today is 5/27/2026, and the fund has not been returned and I will be filing a claim."
