"Our room was not well cared for - dirty window with obscene message on the window, cleaned by housekeeper but not well cleaned. The bed was not properly changed - coverlet was all lumpy and crooked on the bed. Breakfast was the same thing served in every chain restaurant and the workers were inefficient ..."
