"Airport pick up late by 30 Minutes. Tel# +14078560100 was not working, made miltiple calls. Then some other driver help to call DD driver and he came after 35 minutes.when we checked in Elevevators where not working we wind up taking Freight elevator go to the room, room services and reception were good. When I booked the hotel was with free breakfast, But they charged for the breakfast. Hotel parking $ 22 per day was very high. Overall stay experience was good."

"Overall, the stay was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement. The complimentary breakfast was a nice benefit and one of the highlights of the stay. However, the pool was very small, and the lobby, reception area, and guest rooms could have been much cleaner. With better cleanliness and maintenance, the hotel would provide a much better experience."

"If you want to stay in a place with a dishonest staff this is it! I’ve booked numerous times with Expedia from hotels to flights and never had an issue but I should’ve paid attention to the other negative reviews. I contacted this property hours ahead of time to inform them that my flight will be coming in late past midnight, the gentleman assured me that he put notes in my reservation so the rest of the staff would be properly informed about my late arrival. "Great for small families. Quaint & comfortable. Rooms were clean, quiet, with comfortable beds, nice bathroom."

"Had dinner at Cala Bella which was pretty good, wish they would've updated the menu online, but that's ok. I proposed to my girlfriend after dinner in front of a little fountain and it was great. She said yes. They charge for parking, $36 a day, which is absolutely ludacris with how much they charge for rooms. Parking is far from the entrance and you have to fight to get one closer."
