"Booked a room on Hotels.com, my bill was higher as they don't tell you at check in there is a daily parking fee. I asked for my receipt and they said Hotels would send me one. Shady practice and left a bad taste. Other than that eh....."

"We wanted to stay somewhere close to Epic Universe as this was our first visit to the park. The biggest perks for us for our hotel stay was location and a pool. I knew there was a lot of amenities at this particular hotel, I kind of skimmed over everything and was pleased with what I saw. "We were there for 5 days and they did not clean the room at all. We stayed there 5 days actually they were just bringing the towels clean and nothing else. They did not clean our room at all and there’s housekeeping told the front desk down there she tried to clean the room at 5 o’clock, and nobody ask us even in a 5 o’clock to clean the room."
