"I stayed for a week, and asked that they clean the room every day. Day 2 by about 3pm they hadn't cleaned it so I stopped one of the housekeeping staff and asked about it. She said they were not going to clean it but would give me towels. I went to the front desk and spoke with the manager who also said they would not clean the room and just gave me towels. I attempted breakfast on day 1 but didn't have all day to wait. It's not a buffet, and not a sit and order place. You order at the window and wait. And wait. I waited about 10 minutes behind 1 person in front of me and gave up. I thin besides us there was only 1 other person there. I'd hate to see what happens if, say, a dozen people wanted to eat there. They would be waiting for days. One night I came back to a full parking lot & had to park around back, where I'm pretty sure some teen bous were dealing drugs. I told the front desk staff that night but they didn't seem to care. Neither did the manager when I told him ( same conversation with the towel issue ). Bottom line: not staying there again. It's headed downhill."

"The hotel is nice but for the price should include breakfast or something else. I also had noted that it was my wedding anniversary ; it would’ve been nice for them to include a card or something small to commemorate. It’s the thought that counts. "

"There were trash bags piled up in font of the room. Guests making noise yelling and cursing until - 4:00AM. Very surprised to see this was a Ramada. Will never stay again and advise our 1000's of clients that fly in annually to avoid this establishment."

"Fantastic staff (housekeeping, front desk, and conference/banquet workers). Exceptionally kind and helpful in every way. Wish there were a few more coffee/tea options in the room or quick, easy coffee options in the lobby without needing to go through breakfast purchase options,etc. A business center for printing would’ve been amazing but front desk staff was able to help and went out of their way for me. I’m not usually a “chain hotel” fan, but the bed, pillows, quiet atmosphere, and staff has made me a DoubleTree fan if other locations are this clean and well-staffed."

"Everything about Wayside Inn is excellent. Joe is a gracious host. I recommend anyone wanting a nice quiet getaway from everyday bustle and hustle to check this place out. Joe: the breakfast was awesome quality ingredients and a well thought balanced meal. We will be back!!"
