"I stayed twice in this property and both times the experience had been great. Second time I got renovated room which was even better.
The office staff both guy during the evening and the lady in the morning were very helpful and friendly and went beyond to ensure our stay is pleasant. Special thanks to both of them rather than just doing the job of handing over keys.
Should mention about housekeeping also because every time I entered the room in the evening it was like new again. Kudos to them...

"The room was humid and damp feeling, the shower very mouldy and a strong smell of it. The shower had extremely low water pressure because it was coming out of the shower head and tap at the same time, filling the bottom of the bath as I showered.
My bed had a bug in it, thankfully it wasn’t a bed bug, but for 170$/night I’d expect a bug free bed.
It was dingy and gross. The only good thing about it is the service their staff provide. The check in receptionist (I think her name is Roxanne)...
