"This was likely the best accommodation in the city of Los Algodones, but it was just okay. There was a strong type of disinfectant used in my room, which I think was specifically to offset a smoker, since there's no rule against it on the property. I think I may have preferred to smell the smoke, but I can't say for sure. It was very strong. The room was acceptable. It was clean. It had no carpeting, which I think was a plus. The air conditioner worked very well. That was also a plus. I just used the room to sleep for the evening, and it was fine for that purpose. I don't want to discourage anyone from this property -- it worked out fine for me. Another plus was I was given a ride to the border (you have to request it), and for that I was grateful. Use the amenity of rides around the area -- it isn't a big city, but if the temp is 100+, so it makes a big difference. "
