"I stayed here for an extended time, just a couple months ago & things seems to have changed a bit... Biggest new change- When given I parking pass: last time I paid nothibg; this night they want $25 PER NIGHT...if you search on Hotels.com & find a unit with similar pricing (among other this you're looking for), even if they are $10-$20 more you might just be saving $ not paying the parking fee. They will match Hotels.com prices but prefer you dont book through them... making a reservation through Hotels.com is ideal- you reserve the room, but pay noththing until you arrive (no hidden fees). This particular establishment prefers cash & accepts a cash deposit with you can get back immediately upon checkout as opposed to waiting on your bank to release it within 24hrs-3/5business days. Pets are welcome ($25 pet fee), parking avaliable (duh) [& I suggest it is fully taken advantage of, as it teeters amount several 'rough', 'criminalized', & 'drug addled' neighborhoods (but where in close-in Portland doesn't?!) & at least this location is a bit removed from all that. Its clean, no bed bugs.House keeping is so friendly, front staff is phenomenal, especially the manager (Larry? Andy?) He can help you get the most for your $ (without sinking his business( & help navigate their discounts & expectations) - he will likely be the only one that can/will approve these accommodations, requests, & exceptions...
