"Everything was good.. spent 3 days for Chicago.. Parking was Great... Check in was easy.. little hard to understand the lady at the front desk for checking in.. room was good size.. handle on sliding door for patio was broke told them when we went to get pizza.. gone for about 3 hours and when we came back it was fixed!!!, only thing was there was no holding bars in the bathroom.. for toilet and shower... overall a 4 out of 5 .. (4 because of no holding bars) ... breakfast is not free..McDonalds...

"We had reserved 2 rooms. We had room 101 and 104. Room 101, the shower and sink water took forever to warm up. I literally had the water running for over 30 minutes and it only was warm, not hot. "This location does not have an elevator. Even though it's just 2 stories they still need an elevator. No breakfast. The courtyard was under construction so no access.we had a balcony,however no chairs were on the balcony. The doors to the rooms slammed unless you held it. It was construction debris in the front of the building. Not a fan of this location. Highly NOT recommended!"
