"The hotel, staff and the room was nice and clean. I didn’t like that you had to pay $20 per night to park. My other complaint was the breakfast. I was very disappointed. No fruits, the food was bad. "Check in went well, the front desk was so nice! I got a few texts from the property checking in. We left the event and got back to the room and it smelled bad. Got in the bed and it was dirty. Possibly stains, but it was gross. I wore socks and they were so dirty after walking around the room. I will not be staying again. The people were noce like I said, but the room was gross.
I don't understand how the reviews I read were so good. But the room was awful"

"Property was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were actually able to check in a half hour early, which we were happy about! Very comfortable stay near UAB/Children’s Hospital, and a short drive <8 mins down the road to Avondale Brewing Company (which we visited for a concert). Great location. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Birmingham!"

"This property was well maintained. The staff were courteous and friendly. We loved our room- it had room for the whole family. The bathroom was large and the vanities outside of the toilet/shower were really nice to have when traveling with a whole family.
Breakfast was good. There were a lot of options and the ladies cleaning the breakfast area were friendly and helpful.
We would 100% stay here again! The location was also fantastic; it is super close to shopping and restaurants."
