"Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, da explizit ein „Queen-Bett“ (eine durchgehende Matratze) angeboten wurde. Leider gibt es diese Zimmerkategorie vor Ort gar nicht.
Das Bett: Statt der versprochenen durchgehenden Matratze erhielten wir zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelmatratzen. Die dadurch entstehende Lücke hat den Schlafkomfort erheblich gestört. Zudem waren die Bettdecken sehr klein dimensioniert, was für zwei Personen im Doppelbett ungemütlich ist.
