Jing An Shangri-La, Shanghai

10/10 Excellent

"Great amenities and service"

The Kunlun Jing An

8/10 Good

"Customer service was attentive and helpful. We are used to more modern hotels, and this one is a bit dated so we recommend upgrading the room ahead of your stay if you are going during a busy season. The amenities were a pleasant surprise and the main reason we’d come back. The gym was small but very well equipped with various cardio and weight machines, a separate stretch/yoga/pilates area and even a punching bag and pads for boxing/martial arts. They also offered free classes throughout the week. The men’s and women’s locker room facilities included large saunas, jacuzzis, steam room and a decently cold plunge pool. This was the highlight of our stay, especially in such a busy city. Only downside is the tennis and squash courts are quite expensive to rent. Location is convenient."
