It had an ammonia like smell which may have come from unclean, reused cleaning materials from other rooms and the shower head seems to be a bit loose leaving it dangling and spraying everywhere - the hotel management was made aware of this and they offered us a new room. "The hotel staff are very friendly. I need to leave the hotel before 7:00 to catch my train. But breakfast will not open until 7:00. So the front desk packed the breakfast for us. I was impressed by their kindness. I used to stay another hotel nearby. I switched to this one this time. I am glad I made the right decision. Highly recommend this hotel. "
