"the staff were really sweet & helpful!! comfortable and spacious rooms"

"A special shout out to KOI front desk. She was very helpful and attentive when during our check out. The male receptionist was so helpful and friendly too."

"This was my 2nd stay at Opartment, and it continues to exceed expectations. The space is always chic and feels just like coming home. Special thanks to Selina at the front desk for a fantastic check-in experience, and to the gentleman who helped carry our luggage all the way out during checkout. A huge compliment to the housekeeping staff as well… I left my pj on the bed, and the cleaning lady actually folded and buttoned them up for me! That level of care is rare!!! "Great experience of my stay"

"Location of hotel is excellent. It is just off Nanjing East Road. Metro train line is just a few minutes away and it is about 15-20 minutes from the hotel to the Bund. Airport transport to and fro the hotel is 250Yuan each way and the journey is around 40mins."

"街中にあり、便利でとても綺麗なホテルでした。 部屋も広く、果物まで置いてあり一流のホテルでした。 朝食も種類が多く、とても美味しかったです。"

"Room always clean . Lounge staff most helpful and accommodating. Daisy lounge manager was very helpful organizing special meals on the plane for my family."

"Hotel meraviglioso, con una cura straordinaria dei dettagli, camere enormi e silenziose, posizione super strategica, staff di livello elevato che parla perfettamente inglese ed è prodigo di suggerimenti. Rispetto al resto degli hotel cinesi è una perla rara."

"Great location, clean big rooms, English speaking staff. It was everything I needed."

The complimentary espresso machine, fruit, and candy were also nice. I appreciated that I was able to check out at 2 p.m. instead of noon. What could have been better were the lighting and tech set-up in the room. It was difficult to understand and to work the tablet since it wasn't in Enlish. The TV also...

"Nice place to stay"

"Right in the heart of Shanghai, you can't find a better place to stay. The apartment is well maintained, and the staff was amazingly helpful. The registration process is a little different than a hotel. But the staff walk you through the entire process. I have already booked another 2 nights with this company at a separate property and am looking forward to my stay. You will not find a better deal than this."
