Service throughout was outstanding – attentive, professional, and always helpful. Transport was the only real challenge. There’s no metro nearby, and during peak hours many taxi drivers don’t want to cross the river. I found the ferry to be the best option – quick, reliable, and a nice way to get across. Overall, the hotel delivers on luxury and service. If comfort, great food, and top-class hospitality are your priorities, it’s an excellent choice.
