Khách sạn Fornos

"Our stay at Octant Douro was easily the highlight of our trip to Portugal. We absolutely loved the hotel’s tranquil and picturesque setting along the Douro River. Our room overlooked the river, and we often found ourselves sitting in silence, simply taking in the breathtaking scenery and peaceful surroundings. The pool facilities were beautifully maintained and provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The restaurants were outstanding, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a delicious...

"Hotellet var bra och personalen var hjälpsamma och trevliga. Det hade varit önskvärt med tillgänglig bar. Det fanns en, men den var stängd under våran vistelse."

"El hotel está bien situado, con buenas vistas en un paraje muy tranquilo y con buen aparcamiento. Desde la habitación veiamos el Parque Acuático Magiklan que está a 5 minutos en coche. Sin duda, un hotel excelente y tranquilo ysin bullicio para poder relajarse en sunpiscina exterior o en su Spa."

"Property, location and staff were great with amazing views of the lake and neighboring vineyards. Its biggest flaw is the bedroom - sagging mattress and lumpy pillows made for a very umcomfortable sleep. I didnt have a restful sleep. The carpet in the bedroom can be updated."

"Room was OK, A/C worked good which was nice. Parking in basement was a challenge, not for bigger cars for sure and you need to be able to navigate your vehicle carefully, not much room to get around. Breakfast was OK, a missed a bit of more healthy options. Friendly and helpful staff most of the time even with a few language challenges, receptionists spoke good English though."

"Great place and great staff"

"Great location and friendly staff. The breakfast was very well served. Very good for traveling as a couple! The only downsides were the lack of pool towels and the external lights and noise, especially from the automatic air conditioning at night."

"The room was clean. The hotel was conveniently located, and the breakfast was good."

"The concierge was excellent and extremely helpful!"

"Clean cozy room with all the commodities , free parking although not advised for everyone specially the way up to leave the parking is a bit hard ,ok breakfast and very good location. It's a 2 star hotel so you get what you payed for but I have payed more for less in other hotels ..."

"Well appointed, comfortable rooms. Excellent service from bellhop to check-in to complimentary welcome drink. Two rooms were booked and both of us could not give higher praise. Pictures do not do the hotel justice in our opinion. I didn't capture any photos though. Hotel shuttle service offered, but we had a very early morning flight, so we booked an Uber instead. Would definitely stay here again when in Porto."
