"Upon arrival the reception staff were very helpful, supported us with where to park which is a chargeable car park nearby. The room was not ready as we arrived early, we were expecting a call to confirm when it was ready, that didn’t come, and we eventually went to check back at reception at 5 and managed to get into our room at this time. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Great room facilities. The downside was the pool area and changing rooms both inside and out, these are not to 5*...

"This was one of the best places we’ve stayed at in Europe. The apartments are so clean and very spacious. The location cannot be beat. Most of all, the customer service was impeccable. Joseph, (possibly the manager?), was so lovely and helpful and accomodating, as were the rest of the staff. We will definitely return here."

"We had a delay and arrived 2 hours late, around 12.30 midnight. The host was there, smiling and as helpful as he could be. Location is perfect. Tram 28 is right in front of the house, and runs until almost 1 am. Needless to say, coffee houses and markets are within walking distance. Wifi is good.
