"We were disappointed with this property, I booked it because it advertised sound proof rooms, which led me to believe it would be quiet. Evidently the mechanical sounds of the building aren’t included and I lost a nights sleep listening to the water pump. I asked them about it the next day, and from what I can tell, all they did was disable the AC in our room for the next night and it magically started again right before checkout. Do you ever have the feeling the hotel staff is messing with you?...
