Indeed I do recall our conversation about parking on the grass and yes I did mention it only as it genuinely was unusual for a checking-in guest to drive on the lawn. I did not at all feel upset rather 'bemused'. Again please accept my sincere apologies, no serious issue was taken on my behalf. Lisa, Just the same apologies for any inconvenience if you ran out of milk, generally house supplies one bottle upon arrival and from that the guests buy their own milk as is standard for a 3 Star facility. With regards to the soap - all canisters are checked regularly again sincere apologies for any inconvenience -.Indeed upon request on the odd occasion that eventuates we refill immediately.Without Prejudice:As for the insinuation of staff being 'Rolling Drunk' ????? truly beggars belief that anyone would suggest such nonsense. Not too sure what you think you may have heard reflecting 'verbally aggressive argument'? May well have been the TV or perhaps the car park next to the Motel, we certainly don't recall any recent noise, arguing from the Motel. I will add there is often a person of poor mental health that parades up and down the Wallis Street yelling at invisible people - may well have been what you think you heard. Don't really have anything else to suggest, rather puzzling really? Hope your child's medical procedure went well. Have a nice day.
