"One of the messages from the property didn't come through, the one that gave decent directions. Several places en route looked like they were the property. "If only the owners would listen to the customer feedback from previous guests! All the same niggling issues stop this from getting g a 5 star rating. Dirty pots and pans, a central heating system that needed to be rebooted constantly, poor level of cleaning generally, all have been commented on by previous guests!"

"Great location and comfortable beds. Great shower. Host was curt. Not hospitable at all. Website and Expedia said breakfast option for full Scottish breakfast for a fee from 7:30-9:30 was not an option. The host acted like we were stupid when we asked for it.
