"The room seemed clean, but, there were hair balls in the corners, little bugs in the bathroom sink, the blanket did not look clean and the towels were very poor, old and very used. There was not regular coffee in the room. No one freshen the room or asked if we wanted it freshen. I asked for clean towels the second day, but never saw any one after that."
