"The Casino and Grandstand/Races were very nice. Smoking was allowed, but in the casino ventilation was good so it was tolerable. Our room was very nice & comfortable. Too bad we were given a room with a view of the roof & maintenance facilities. Should have changed but we opted not to since we were only in the room to sleep."

"After traveling 11 hours… I walked into the hotel was not greeted by the lady behind the counter. I greeted her, said I needed to check in and she replied there were no rooms were available. I asked did she know about how long she said 3:00. I sat in the parking lot and watched 2 different people enter the hotel with their bags and they never came back out. So we sat with our bags in the foyer. While sitting there I heard the lady answer the phone made a reservation for $148… I reserved my room...

"Hot tub was out of order, outdoor pool was closed and indoor pool is out in the open beside the buffet restaurant where A LOT of men which one can only assume were truck drivers or something. They were also setting up a band in the lobby as well. Went to the room and it looked good but in the hall were Hispanic men with chairs giving each other haircuts it appeared they lived there and were very loud. By this time my anxiety was a 10 and I needed some crackers so I went to find a vending machine...

"I had stink bugs in my room for 3 days. One landed in my bed. It was a shady location kind of hidden from the main road & shady characters to boot. The ice machine was broken and there was no coffee maker. The shower curtain didn't cover the tub, and therefore water got all over the floor."

"Our room was “cleaned” before checkout. Staff had thrown out half of our belongings that were still in our room including prescription medications. Bathroom was not clean. Front desk staff did nothing to compensate for our belongings being thrown in the garbage. Why our room was cleaned before we had checked out doesn’t make any sense and to throw someone’s medication out is an obvious sign they had not checked out. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend."
