"The property needs some looking after. Generally, it looks as it if needs maintenance and staff. The entrance to the stair way had bird poop all over the railings. And it stay there the entire trip ( 5 days). There was no elevator and I stayed on the top floor. My room was nice due to the space however, the other rooms I booked (3 additional) were okay but the beds were extremely small. There was no toilet tissue nor any complimentary towels like that. "What I liked was the pool, was clean, property was well maintained, room was clean, the 24/7 cafe was good. What I did not like was how small the room was, how often we had to call the front desk for the air conditioner to be turned on during the night.
