"Before I arrived, they sent me a message asking for my iD. The front desk was closed for 1:30 hrs since I arrived. I had to text to guide us to room. They first guide me to a room that was closed. When I request dor my booked room the send me to a room second floor. I asked for parcel Ocean room. Don't rely on photo.
No patio and you have a small window in the living room to see the entetance of the beach. You will have a view at the second floor out from your room.
I panicked when I came...

"The access to the beach was great, but the hotel itself is worn out, outdated, and needs many repairs/upgrades. The hotel calls itself a resort, but it is far from it! There is no restaurant on site and the one tiki “bar” is limited. Their decor is awkward (50s theme & weird astroturf characters around the property) and cringey.
